Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive opportunities in biotech and climate tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions with 2026 market viability
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and adoption curves
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on innovation landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
