- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technological readiness
- Manage a $2M annual innovation portfolio with venture-style decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
