Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze macro-trends shaping 2026+ industries (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives at Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption strategies
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports distributed to 500+ enterprise clients
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights at global conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal trends (Forbes, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic foresight projects
