Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy with future-oriented recommendations
