Responsibilities
- Develop strategic blueprints for 2026-era technologies including quantum neural networks and generative AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with emerging tech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, climate tech, and spatial computing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers while establishing industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026 use cases
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with specific focus on 2020s-era tech evolution
- Proven track record in AI governance, quantum computing, or biotech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
