Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and megatrends with 2026 impact potential
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks mapping future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and investment decisions
- Present foresight findings to board members and C-level leadership through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with 2026-focused projects
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into executive insights
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategy and risk mitigation for emerging disruptions
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership (TED talks, MIT Press, etc.)
