Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps integrating ESG principles and circular economy models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on next-generation business strategies
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with 5-year commercialization horizons
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience developing ESG-integrated business strategies with measurable impact metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Futurist, CFA, or PMP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
