Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps targeting 2026+ market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global market shifts and disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen products and services
- Present future-state visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' long-term impact
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting industry trajectory
- Build external partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing long-term strategies beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and disruption forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or thought leadership
