Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or relevant field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
