Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for future business models and customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps with 3-5 year execution timelines for executive leadership
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Collaborate with R&D to validate emerging technologies and market viability
- Present future vision narratives to stakeholders and inspire organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management strongly preferred
