Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive market forces and black swan events
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture emerging research
- Present forward-looking insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership platforms
- Oversee cross-functional teams launching pilot programs for next-gen business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise-scale initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or future studies (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Systems Dynamics)
