Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author quarterly future-state briefs for investor and public communications
- Manage a $5M innovation incubator portfolio focused on 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (e.g., quantum applications, neural interfaces)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological convergence
- Experience with cross-cultural innovation ecosystems (APAC, EU, Americas)
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-state commercial implementations
