Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience working with C-suite on transformational initiatives
- Portfolio of future-focused projects or research papers
