Responsibilities

- Produce white papers and executive briefings on metaverse governance and digital identity evolution
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
