As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global thought leaders to develop actionable roadmaps for 2026 and beyond. You'll transform complex data into compelling narratives, drive cross-functional innovation initiatives, and ensure our organization thrives in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Forecast technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build and lead a network of futurist advisors and external innovation partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at global conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects or publications
