Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging global trends (2026-2030) across technology, economics, and social systems
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption and ethical implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Develop scenario models for disruptive innovations and black swan events
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology foresight
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) strongly preferred
