Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, environmental, and technological volatility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, market research, and academic partnerships
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into concrete product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published work in futurist publications or industry journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
