Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE/Springer preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Demonstrated experience influencing tech policy at federal/state level
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in AI Governance or Bioethics (certified preferred)
