Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and tech evolution
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Present executive briefings on future-state implications for business continuity
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness across organizational functions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative-building capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
