Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly 'Futures Outlook' reports with executive-level recommendations
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
