Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology/societal foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations (quantum computing, bio-integration, etc.)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals to preempt market shifts
- Build and nurture an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Mastery of trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
