Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-era solutions
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to mitigate future risks
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption readiness
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Deliver visionary keynotes at industry conferences on emerging tech ethics
- Build and maintain an external think tank of futurists and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with >$100M impact
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight academy)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >80% accuracy
