- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with engineers and designers
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startup incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends impacting technology adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or tech foresight roles
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
