Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-ready thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders and influence long-term planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
