Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire 2026-disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen biometric authentication systems
- Present strategic briefings to federal innovation committees and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using predictive modeling platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture tech

- Experience securing $50M+ innovation budgets or equivalent startup exits
