Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Develop and execute future-proof strategic roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing) to integrate future-focused innovations
- Present visionary insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to cultivate forward-thinking culture across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies for potential disruption and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex scenarios
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for diverse executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
