Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into R&D roadmaps and product innovation
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and breakthrough opportunities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for stakeholders and investors
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable futures in all strategic planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend mapping frameworks
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in top-tier publications
