Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ market opportunities and disruption vectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative data synthesis
- Identify partnership opportunities with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (generative AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization capabilities (Python, Tableau preferred)
- Experience facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (articles, whitepapers)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
