Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with actionable business recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advose executive leadership on emerging technology investments and partnerships
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote speeches and white papers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex datasets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite executives
