Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with 5-year future trajectories
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for trend validation
- Author thought leadership content on future-of-work implications and ethical tech evolution
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof operational models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
