Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for technology adoption curves
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive organizational change management for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite decisions
