You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional think tanks, and deliver actionable insights that redefine industry paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Outlook reports analyzing disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and market disruptors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, modeling 5-10 year futures across AI, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate next-generation innovations
- Design and implement a Futures Intelligence Framework integrating predictive analytics with qualitative foresight
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investor communities, securing resources for moonshot initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists, fostering a culture of anticipatory thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or white papers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
