Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder reports translating complex future projections into actionable strategies
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to shape industry ecosystems
- Design and implement horizon scanning processes to continuously update strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting preferred
- Experience with cross-functional strategy development in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) strongly preferred
