Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement scenario-based strategic plans that position the company for exponential growth in rapidly evolving markets
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate futuristic insights into product roadmaps and business models
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors to capture bleeding-edge insights
- Present compelling narratives and data-driven recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of innovation frameworks and methodologies to embed future-readiness across organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives driven by foresight methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
