- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future insights into organizational strategy
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement AI-powered foresight platforms for predictive modeling
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into enterprise solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
