- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and quantify market impact
- Design resilience strategies for 2026 digital transformation challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend prediction accuracy
