- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation trends
- Manage cross-functional sprints to validate future-viable business models
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of executing 3-5 year tech transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published research on 2026+ technological or societal disruption scenarios
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in agile environments
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE Future Directions, or Singularity University
