- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligning business objectives with future market dynamics
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business operations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategic initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field required
