Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and develop strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Drive adoption of futures-thinking methodologies across client organizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (e.g., AI, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology strategy
- Deep knowledge of biotech, climate tech, or neurotech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media
