Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive market forces
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members as decision-making blueprints
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate next-generation strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year future roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on paradigm shifts and market transitions
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-impacting innovations brought to market
