Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Future Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership

- Expertise in quantum computing applications and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic concepts at scale
- Deep knowledge of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
