- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Oversee patent portfolio development for proprietary innovations
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-paced environments
