- Develop and maintain the company's strategic futures roadmap with quarterly scenario planning updates
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with long-term market opportunities
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for product development
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting, behavioral economics, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurism or technology publications
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience working in agile environments with rapid iteration capabilities
