- Build and mentor a team of 8-12 futurist researchers and engineers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech forums
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify emerging investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (top-tier journals)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of 2026's regulatory landscape for emerging tech
