Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ technology and societal trend horizon scanning framework
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Present strategic foresight briefings to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate quantum computing and biotech innovations into product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership on sustainable urbanization and human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of climate tech, AGI governance, and biotech convergence
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Published research or patents in future-focused domains (2020-2025)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
