Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year strategic foresight roadmaps for emerging technology domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, policy, and commercial teams
- Partner with Fortune 500 CEOs to integrate future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits (WEF, Davos, etc.)
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio focused on 2026-2035 horizon technologies
- Champion ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation governance
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist practitioners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum AI, neurotech, climate engineering, or space commercialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of executed future-shaping initiatives with measurable impact
