Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Mentor technical teams in exponential technology adoption
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven 5+ year forecasting success
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of securing $50M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
