Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy aligning with organizational vision
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions and validating market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Document future scenarios and roadmaps for product development teams
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market disruptions and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain: AI, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
