Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with industry pioneers and thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for disruptive opportunities and threats
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios and roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and trend interpretation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
