Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AI ethics) and their market implications post-2025
- Develop future-ready innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026+ industry disruptions
- Architect next-gen product/service frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-concept innovations
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (deepfakes, biometric AI)
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech-driven environments
